Original style cast iron exhaust manifold that we clean, blast, inspect., resurface flanges (as necessary), repair threads (as necessary), and then ceramic coat in a cast iron color.  The durable baked on ceramic coating not only prevents the manifold from rusting again, but reduces underhood temperatures by acting as an insulating barrier.
NOTE: For customers returning core exhaust manifolds to us, or sending in their own manifold for coating.  We expect to receive the manifold stripped of hardware (no downpipe attached, no frozen / rusted studs or bolts).  If you send us a manifold that isn't stripped, you will be charged our standard labor rates to strip the manifold down for you!
